Welcome to Sip & Ship! Born in an age of social distancing, Sip & Ship Artisan Events is helping define the future of virtual, in-person social shopping, which we feel is a perfect fit for handmade crafters and artisans.

We host live, virtual, curated craft fairs where handmade artisans host real booths from their studio, workspace, or home. Crafters and shoppers visit using live video and voice chat, while support team members in the main lobby help visitors select vendor booths based on their interests. 

Handmade lovers attend our lively, unique craft fairs from home, socializing with crafters and other handmade lovers of all kinds while browsing the wares of our vetted, high-quality vendors.

Vendors take payments through the method of their choosing (Square, Cash App, Venmo, Paypal, and Etsy shop pages are all popular options). Sip & Ship takes no commission on sales, and relies on vendor booth fees and shopper tickets to make our work possible.

Our artisan vendors are selected on the basis of eight criteria, encompassing artistic merit and applied skill as well as factors our experience suggests will impact an artisan's immediate potential to sell in a virtual, online format.

Vendor Benefits

  • A dedicated Zoom Breakout Room to use as your booth space at the specified craft fair, supporting two device connections (like a laptop and a tablet, or a tablet and a smart phone)
  • A community of handmade artisans dedicated to growing their crafting business by reaching new audiences, finding new customers online, and strengthening relationships with existing fans
  • Technical support, including free live online training on setting up a successful virtual booth, your equipment, and engaging customers in a virtual setting
  • Posts on social media channels showcasing your work in advance of your event, published to our accounts and shared by fellow vendors with their own audiences
  • Paid marketing by Sip & Ship to drive shopper interest in your event

Our vendors are selected through an application process, or solicited directly when we discover them online and believe they would be a good fit for a Sip & Ship event.

If you were solicited directly as a pre-approved vendor, or have vended with Sip & Ship in the past, you can secure a booth space by registering below for any events that you would like to participate in.
